Every box includes a sandwich, a side, our signature dessert, and a bottled drink — iced tea, lemonade, or a bottled juice. Choose Simple, Signature, or Premium, then pick the sandwich, side, dessert, and drink for each box.

Yes — boxed lunch orders require a minimum of 10 boxes, mixed or matched across Simple, Signature, and Premium. This lets us prep every order fresh in bulk the morning of your event.

Simple is a classic, everyday lunch box. Signature is our most-ordered box, with an upgraded side and a house-favorite sandwich. Premium is the full Bella Aurora spread. All three include a sandwich, side, signature dessert, and bottled drink — you choose each option when you add a box to your cart.

Yes. Boxed lunch delivery is a single flat CA$20.00 fee anywhere within 30km of our Aurora, ON location — no distance-based tiers to calculate. Pickup is also available at no charge.

Boxed lunch orders require at least 48 hours notice. You can select any pickup or delivery time that's 48 hours or more from now at checkout.

Yes — add as many of each tier as you need. The only requirement is a combined total of at least 10 boxes across the whole order.

Yes. Boxed lunches are one of the most popular options for offices, meetings, and events where guests are on different schedules — everyone gets their own individually packed meal, no shared trays required.

Let us know about any allergies or dietary needs when you place your order, or contact us directly for larger boxed lunch orders with mixed dietary requirements. While we take precautions, our kitchen handles shared equipment and can't guarantee any box is fully allergen-free.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery time are fully refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% charge.
